The webinar on Multimodal AI hosted by CERTH is part of the webinar series in the context of the EU project DisAI.
The webinar will give an overview of important developments in the field of Vision-Language foundation models, with CLIP being the seminal work that will be discussed in more detail along with some follow-up developments. After this overview, the webinar will also present a few applications of VL models in the field of disinformation combating that attest to the versatility and effectiveness of VL models in a variety of contexts. The presenter was Dr. Symeon (Akis) Papadopoulos, Principal Researcher – CERTH.
